How long will the onboarding take?
Our onboarding process lays the foundation for a long-term successful Assistant partnership. We'll go from assessment, orientation, and launch in 2-4 weeks.
What is the expected lead time to hire a Leverage assistant?
Prospective members are added to our waitlist. The waitlist times vary from a few days to a few weeks and depend on our current demand, Assistant availability, and the start date you specify. Once you're off the waitlist, it takes two to four weeks from signing off on your partnership until you complete onboarding and launch the relationship with your Assistant.
What time zone does the assistant work in?
Our Assistants are located overseas but work on a schedule determined by your needs. You can set flexible or structured hours for them as per your requirements.
